Delivery
Primrose Cove delivers to the UK mainland only.
Standard delivery is £2.99.
Free delivery - orders above £50 will qualify for free delivery.
Dispatch - we aim to dispatch all orders within five working days after receipt of payment.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail on a second class postal service. You will receive an email notification once the order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, Primrose Cove does not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds
If you have been issued a refund for an order, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
FAQs
My order has arrived damaged, what happens now?
Please use the contact form to notify us within three days of receiving your order if your order has arrived defective or damaged.
We will require evidence of the defect/damage. Once evidence has been provided, a replacement pair of earrings will be sent, if we no longer have the earrings in stock, a refund will be processed instead.
My order has not arrived, what happens now?
It is completely out of our control if a courier is experiencing delays, especially around the Christmas holiday period.
We ask that you wait 10 working days for your order to arrive in the post, if after this time your order has still not arrived, please use the contact form to notify us.
A member of the team will investigate this for you and provide an update within 48 hours. If the courier reports the order is lost, a replacement pair of earrings will be sent, if we no longer have these earrings in stock, a refund will be processed instead.
I have not received my refund, when will it hit my account?
We ask that you allow 10 working days for your refund to hit your account, if you have not received your refund after this, please use the contact form to get in touch and one of the team will investigate this for you.
